These terms apply when you use this website or order from the Duck Duck Pig shop. In these terms, “Duck Duck Pig”, “we” and “us” refer to Duck Duck Pig (ABN 81 798 609 537).

Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST.

Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Stripe. Once your payment goes through, we’ll email you a confirmation of your order.

Delivery

  • We deliver within the Bacchus Marsh area (postcode 3340) only.
  • Delivery is free.
  • Order before 2pm for next-day delivery.
  • We don’t deliver on Sundays.

If nobody is home, we’ll leave the flowers in the most suitable place.

Please make sure the delivery address and any instructions are correct when you order. If the address you give us is wrong, we’ll do our best to redeliver the flowers, but we don’t offer a refund, because the flowers, time and fuel have already been used.

Our flowers

Our flowers are seasonal and freshly picked from our farm in Glenmore. Colours and feature flower varieties will vary throughout the seasons as we pick whatever nature feels is ready. The overall size, style and value of your bouquet or arrangement will remain consistent.

A message card is available free with any purchase.

Changing an order

If you need to change your order, contact us as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but changes are handled case by case and can’t be guaranteed.

If there’s a problem with your flowers

Contact us with a photo. We’ll look at it case by case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or a refund.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The photos and words on this website belong to Duck Duck Pig. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
